Seeking a mentor

I am seeking a mentor who is male or female,able to accomodate and be good at setting targets and laying down ground rules.
Im in my twenties and have been spanked before,but mainly just for play,I have been seeking a more mentor/pupil situation but just haven't met the right person who can take total control and be confident at using implements if I fall below standards.
Im in the north west im female and with the right guidance want to lead a more disciplined life.
