My favourite CP activity, particularly if it's done with the traditional white plimsoll with a smooth, bendy sole as the bendiness adds to the burning sensation when the plimsoll thwacks down. Once received 100 whacks from a domme friend in Sheffield with a plimsoll she's borrowed for the night and by the 100th my bottom was on fire and remained that way for a few days more. Also quite keen on being walloped with an old leather slipper as these can sting like the devil. Anyone else a fan of being on the receiving end of a size ten BATA special?
