    why after sucha long time when i view peoples profile i get box come up again that i cannot access had this in beginning now got again

    is it the box like this as i have just started to get this and cannot get passed it

    Disciplinegiver, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

    It must be a technical fault..It has happened to me a couple of times...and has just happened again even though I was on the site only 15 minutes ago without any problems.
    Can the moderator help..
