I think the main thing is trust and talk about what u want out of the session and limits. I have built up my limits and a good relationship with the guys i have had sessions with. They respect me as i do them, and have fun.

I'm sure there are real ladies here, but my experience has been that most of the 'ladies' are really 'gentlemen' looking for masturbatory assistance.
