Hello,
I am new to the site. I live in the West Country and am often in need of a good caning from a Master or Mistress, or better still both! I would welcome the chance to report to a Mistress or Master, report my offences and then be told of the consequences. I have had quite a bit of experience but even so get very nervous when submitting myself for punishment.
