New to the site, not new to administering punishment.

I've just joined the site but I have been fascinated by cp all my life and have been administering it fairly regularly for the past 20 years. I have had a number of cp based friendships and relationships - though never a full blown living together relationship.
I have probably too much kit: straps, tawses, canes, whips, floggers, slippers, brushes, spanking/caning benches, restraints, suspension hoists and so forth. But, in the end, its the personal chemistry that counts. And for me one of the most important things is understanding the motivations and psychology of the person I interact with. I know that atmosphere and details can be important.
I am a nice and friendly guy, but strict and with a strong air of authority.
I have lots of hobbies outside of cp.
