Also, i think what works best for me is to have the lower clothing taken down for me, instead of me being told to.

i tend to agree.
i think to be told what position to take and then to have no control over the clothing removal (if any) adds to the erotisim.
i feel so much more timid and vulnerable when i have my pants removed rather than do it myself
