How does one meet people on here

My interests are in the area of spanking, whilst I normally enjoy spanking lady's bottoms, I also enjoy being spanked. I would like to meet a lady or a couple for mutual spanking scenarios plus if anything else is required. I do get excited in spanking & hope that I do rise for the occasion.

Your own area forum is a good place to start but we do have a lot of lurkers, including most of the ladies on the site - inevitable given the subject matter - and they can only make contact with those who post. Generally they'll do so via PM although there is a fair amount of forum replies.

The site is in a state of flux and part of that process is to try and get people talking more, that way people get to know one another and contacts are made.
