Looking for a Top friend in Frome and the South West

Hi, I visit Frome in the South West from time to time and it would be an ideal opportunity for me to make a Top friend in the area, well away from my usual locality. It would be nice to stop off for a cuppa before I journey homeward and get a good bare bottomed spanking. Ideally I'm looking for a retired mature man or woman (or both) who can accommodate who would like to make a new acquaintance to discuss the finer points of cp over tea and cake and then and sit back and enjoy watching me strip naked for them, then arranging myself at their direction for optimum spankability. Hopefully over a few visits we would feel comfortable enough to try out new arrangements but initially a simple naked otk or up on the kitchen table for a good bum warming. I'd also be very happy to wear pants or my wife's knickers or tights to be pulled up or down as required.
