in need of discipline

Hello, I'm looking for a mature man to discipline me, i don't have much experience, but willing to have my limits expanded. I describe myself as a switch, but at this time I feel a need for some real discipline in my life, not interested in role play, I need a sore arse not a drama lesson.

I am 55 years old gay man, 5ft 9ins tall and 19 stone in weight, which means I am fat. Anyone wishing to discipline me would have to be able to host such a meeting.
