Wouldn’t it be nice to have a forum specifically for personal / non-commercial photos and vids, can it be done?:)

Yes, it's a nice idea and we will consider it. The concerns are in trying to keep it non-commercial and thus preserving our 'amateur' status of which we're very proud -For spanker by spankers. There will be some advertising permitted at some stage to defray some of the costs of running the site (which are increasing as the popularity grows) but other than that it's a strictly user driven thing.

There is nothing to stop you posting photos within your own threads and that may well start an irresistible trend which would end up with what you suggest. A number of people have done so already and they seem to get more 'hits'.
