Last week was rather eventful as instead of being at my father in-laws' funeral I went to hospital at 5.00 AM on bank holiday Monday with 'chest pains' which out to be the result of an NSTEMI. The troponin levels were elevated to 1.17 but, after an angioplasty procedure the surgeon told me that I've suffered no heart damage at all... Lucky escape I guess. There's a lot more to it of course but I'd love to beg the advice of any medical professional sympathetic to ones' leanings and ones' desire to return to the fold as quickly as safely possible.
Just how long do I have to refrain from assuming the position or, indeed, from exercising my right arm in the way I love (my wife's desperate - please don't all volunteer at once)? Any advice - on the forum or via PM gratefully received.
Yours.
