posting photos?

Pls explain how to post photos. I can't find any buttons for uploads, and there seems to be nothing in the FAQs.

Go to your control panel and click on pictures and albums, click add album and then name it, describe it - if you wish - and then upload your pictures. I think you have to click choose (up to three at a a time) click upload and you're done.
